Percentages and Scores are public. Absolute prices are paid for. Every fee on this page is stated before anyone pays anything.

What is public and what is not

Every lot shows its below-market percentage, its HOTDEAL Score with the full breakdown, and its facts. That half is free and always will be.

A HOTDEAL BLACK membership includes every live lot and every report, and shows new lots first. A member never pays an unlock.

Introductions

When a buyer and a seller are introduced, both sides pay before contact is released. Both payments are authorised rather than captured, and they capture together in the same moment — there is no half-paid state and no operator step in between.

The seller's fee is charged on the first introduction only. Every later introduction on that lot is free to the seller, and the fee refunds itself at the end of the window below if no accepted offer lands.

The buyer's fee is earned when contact is released. It is refundable for cause, with evidence — the list is below, and it is the whole list.

Nothing is ever invoiced after a sale. We cannot see whether a deal completed, so we never charge on the back of one.

Refunds

A seller's introduction fee refunds automatically at the end of the window if no accepted offer lands. The lot stays live; the next introduction starts a fresh fee and a fresh window. A one-tap site-credit alternative is offered from day one, and cash is always available where it is due.

What we deliberately do not do

• There is no free unlock and no monthly allowance, anywhere.
• There is no percentage fee on acquisition. We cannot observe a completion, so nothing is ever invoiced after one.
• There are no reservation deposits. We never hold client money.
